We are not in the business of selling, renting or trading data and email lists with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes. You can browse our website without giving us any personal information.

When you place an order, we will need your name, phone number, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number and expiration date so that we can process and contact you about the order. We will keep a record of this information and the items you purchase only for our internal use. This allows us to process and fulfill your orders and return requests, and to send you information that’s of interest.

When you send us an e-mail, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail only. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Prices are quoted including 20% VAT. For orders being shipped to addresses outside the European Union the VAT will automatically be deducted. Non-EU customers may have to pay local taxes within their own countries when the parcel arrives. Please contact your own Postal Service or Customs Office for further information on local customs charges and policies.

We only ship our products insured and with a tracking number. Standard shipping to EU countries is free of charge. The delivery fees for Express Shipping Europe, Standard Shipping World and Express Shipping World are shown before checkout and payment. Handling and packaging costs are included in the delivery fee. Amalena – Ethical & Eco-Friendly Gold Jewelry only takes responsibility for a shipment while the item(s) is/are in its possession. Upon delivery of the item to the shipping carrier of choice, the laws and regulations of the shipper become the regulating laws of the shipment. Amalena – Ethical & Eco-Friendly Gold Jewelry and its affiliates will not be held responsible for lost any delays caused by unforeseen factors or destination customs clearance processes after delivery to the shipping carrier.

We hope your are delighted with your handcrafted Amalena – Ethical & Eco-Friendly Gold Jewelry. If for any reason you decide not to keep your online purchase, you can return the jewelry within 14 days from date of delivery. Refunds may only be issued if the product is in its original condition, packaging and any certification, accompanied by the original sales receipt. Please note that any associated shipping costs will not be subjected to the refund and that a different return policy may be applicable for an in-store purchase. Before returning the item(s) you will need to contact Amalena – Ethical & Eco-Friendly Gold Jewelry by email: sales(at)amalena.com or fill out the withdrawal form. Any shipping charges incurred due to exchange or returns are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend shipping via insured parcel post with a tracking number. Amalena will not be responsible if the return package is lost, stolen and mishandled and will not reimburse or compensate for the damage. We do not accept returns of used, altered or damaged items. We reserve the right to refuse return of any jewelry that doesn’t meet the above return requirements.

This Agreement shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Colombia, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
